Refund policy

At ODDTAGS, every piece is designed to stand out. Since most of our drops are produced in limited runs, we follow the policies below to keep things smooth and fair for everyone.

1. 7-Day Size Exchange

We offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery to help you get the right fit.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact

Please note:

  • Only one exchange per order is allowed
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • Reverse pickup will be arranged by us
  • A nominal reverse shipping fee will be deducted, since shipping charges paid at checkout apply only to forward delivery

2. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Report it within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images along with your Order ID

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or resolution at no additional cost.

Requests raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.

3. Returns & Non-Returnable Items

As a limited-run brand, we currently do not offer returns for change of mind.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or washed products
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Gift cards
  • Final Sale items

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

To maintain a reliable shopping experience:

  • COD orders are OTP verified before confirmation
  • Repeated rejections or misuse may result in:
    • COD access being restricted
    • Future orders being accepted only on prepaid basis

5. Order Acceptance & Fair Usage

We reserve the right to:

  • Decline or cancel suspicious orders
  • Restrict services for repeated failed deliveries or misuse
